FOUNDER’S STORY

Nathan Fetz is the Founder of Not Too Late 4 Veterans Corporation and a lifelong advocate for
veterans and their families. His commitment to service began in 1991 with the United States Air
Force, followed by continued service in the U.S. Air Force Reserve in 1993. In 1995, he joined the
Air National Guard, where he further developed his leadership skills and dedication to serving both
country and community.
From 2006 to 2019, Nathan served in the Army National Guard, completing nearly 27 years of
combined military service. During this period,
he deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) from 2008 to 2009 and later in support of
Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) in 2012. These deployments provided firsthand experience
with the realities of combat operations and the long-term challenges service members often face
upon returning home.

His military career gave him deep insight into the difficulties surrounding reintegration, mental
health struggles, housing instability, and access to support resources—challenges that affect many
veterans long after their service ends.
Motivated by these experiences, Nathan founded Not Too Late 4 Veterans Corporation to ensure
that veterans never feel alone and always know that help, hope, and support are available. The
organization focuses on peer support, outreach, education, advocacy, and connection to vital
resources, addressing issues such as PTSD, traumatic brain injury, moral injury, suicide prevention,
and long-term stability.
Nathan’s leadership is grounded in service, integrity, and a deep belief that it is never too late to
support those who have served. Through his work, he continues to honor the sacrifices of veterans
by building a compassionate community dedicated to healing, resilience, and renewed purpose.
